About the Event
Our focus? Building a rock-solid foundation in survival skills that you can rely on when it counts the most. Whether you face a day hike gone wrong, unexpected circumstances in the wild, or simply desire to learn survival techniques, we're here to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to handle crisis situations. From sheltercraft and all-weather fire-making techniques to lost-proofing and self-care in adverse conditions—we cover it.
In this scenario-based, hands-on course, you won't just learn; you'll immerse yourself in real-world scenarios designed to challenge and empower you. This is not a casual camp-out; even though you bring your food and camping gear, we will take you out of your comfort zone and help you to succeed. Because in survival, failure is not an option.
Conducted entirely outdoors, regardless of weather conditions, the course emphasizes experiential learning. An optional overnight stay in emergency shelters on the second night enhances practical skills application.
Is this course tough? Yes, but we've had participants of all skill levels, ages 12 to 78, push through and emerge empowered with heightened confidence and readiness for outdoor adventures.
